Our production spans from medium to large bar cutting series, forging and machining carbon steels, free cutting steels, stainless steels, aluminium, bronze, etc.

MANUFACTURING CAPACITY

We have a large park of CNC lathes available for precision bar cutting. We can employ turning centres of up to seven CNC axes from Ø 10 mm up. For jobs using the chuck, we use automated loading and unloading systems with a work capacity of up to Ø 150 mm. For hot-drop forged and machined parts we can reach lengths of up to 500 mm and a Ø of 80 mm.

We can also deliver mounted and welded sub-assemblies.

Among others we have the following production means: machining centres, cycle milling machines, centreless grinding machines, thread rolling machines, double-column drilling machines, etc.

Heat treatment: Hardening and quenching, Carbonitriding, Induction Hardening, Surf-Sulf, etc.

Coatings: Zinc coating, Phosphating, Delta-Tone and Dacromet coatings, Galvanising, etc.

QUALITY

We have all required means available to control our products: laser measuring devices, profile projector, durometer, roughness measuring device, 3D measuring machine, etc. An associated technological centre (TEKNIKER-Eibar) performs all testing requirements we may have such as mechanical, metallographic, chemical testing, etc.

We have been awarded the ISO-9002 certificate and are currently working on obtaining the TS 16949 certificate.
